		<description>on many of my goals have changed and I’ve been moving more and more into the ‘I give up’ category. This could be de-motivating but I actually feel as if I’m not pressuring myself anymore. I’ve left the ones that are:

more short term
I have more motivation to complete
more achievable
less stressful

It is important that you are working in a job and environment that makes the most of your natural inclination.  It is also important that you recognize the importance of people who make the most out of your skill set.</description>
