I am disappointed that just a few days after investing in your services to help locate a job post-graduation, I'd be reading an article by the CEO of this company which unquivocally undermines the institution from which I recently graduated, and the quality and ethics of its students. A bit of discretion would have been appreciated regarding the idenity of the school, to protect those of us who do not conform to your unfavorable depiction of Pepperdine Law students. The job market is difficult enough without this type of influence over potential employers using your site and reading your articles.

I loved that story, Harrison! Always consult an expert in areas we are unfamiliar with. In the words of Dirty Harry: "Man's got to know his limitations."

This story is incredibly stupid. The fact that whoever wrote this attempts to smear Pepperdine Law School students as part of an amateurish short story is sad, but not as sad as it is if "Harrison Barnes" is actually the moron that wrote this drivel.

First, you are an idiot. But a great writer. Second, I went to Pepperdine Law School and I never saw, or even heard of, any drug use.

That sounds like a very costly lesson, Mr. Barnes. As a wise professor frequently told his class "There is no free lunch" There are times when cheap makes sense - depending on the application and the investment, but when it comes to major expenditures or things you want to purchase only once in a lifetime, price is just a small factor. Quality is a much bigger consideration - along with features and application. This is an interesting story and the lesson can be applied to employers and employees as well. It all boils down to simple economics: cost vs. benefit.

Mr. Barnes, generally, your articles are well-written and excellent reads.

But this latest article doesn't even seem to be written by you at all. It has typos, diction errors, it is overly long and not at all edited.

Just thought you should be aware.

best regards,
David

What a great friggin story!!! I applaud your decision to divulge such an embarrassing episode. Reminds me of when I tried to illegally moor a ski boat in Manhattan's east river. Keep living those dreams others are only courageous enough to critisize! "Adversity is the first path to truth." ~Lord Byron
