In a single statement, this is crap. Mysticism and agnosticism at their pinnacle worst. No wonder I’ve never heard of it, it’s not worth hearing, for it wanders about, but ends up nowhere. It leads neither to darkness or light, but only heightens ambiguity. Moreover, it would seemingly absolve one from reponsibility and committment, stating that if something doesn’t work for us then it must not have been in our plan, while offering some good feeling in the place of personal honesty. If there is a Devil, this belongs to him, and he can keep it.
