		<description>I agree with Omar&#039;s comments.  I consider myself a hybrid as I also focus on relationships(to a large degree) as well as achievements.  Additionally, I disagree with the comment that individuals who are motivated by relationships are more then likely not good at managing.  Possibly I tend to have a bit of all three personality traits in me as I have successfully managed teams for years.
