I like to work [I know, call me weird] and I enjoy working hard and earning my paycheck. I have a great work ethic. I have not fit into offices because the secretaries look at me as a threat, supposedly because I make them look bad. This is not my intent when going to work. I really could care less what the other secretaries are doing, unless you are a support person in my team or unless you are loud. I really think that employers don't know how to handle someone who is highly motivated and focused with an exceptional work ethic. All they're concerned about is not making waves. They will hold onto the weak workers as long as those workers socialize and are fun to be around. I don't go to work to be fun to be around. I am former military and of course the military helped to cement my already great work ethic. Please help. Why can't I find an employer who would love to have someone like me???
