I worked for a local government and I would frequently observe staff members who deliberately refused to follow the rules. Instead of disciplining them, their managers would frequently flatter them because management promotions were based on popularity, not competence. This resulted in a completely chaotic working environment. These managers were very lucky to be working for the government, with a job that would always be there. If they were working in private industry, they would have run their company completely out of business.

No one comes to the Father, except through the Son. Perhaps, you should do some introspection on this topic before it is too late; i.e., before you die. The Roman Catholic Church is not about money, as you so crassly stated it; its purpose is to save souls.
