Mr. Barnes appears to have a dirty face and blackened teeth in this photo. I read the first dozen or so paragraphs of his "advice" column. Where is this going? Would it be helpful and considerate to a time pressed job seeker to have a clear point and develop it succinctly? Had to give up on reading this; my head started to really hurt.
