		<description>I agree the relationship factor is a large part of getting hired and keeping a job. After all, employees spend hundreds of hours with each other, there has to be a level of comfort.  However, the demeanor during the interview often depends on the thought process and position of the interviewer.  For example, letting down the wall during an interview with an employment agency recruiter can sometimes be a kiss of death and not get you out the door to meet with any employers and the same can be said for some in-house recruiters.</description>
