I am totally amazed by the content of your articles. I am amazed and challenged. More importantly, I am rethinking my approach to my career search. With a clearer picture of who I want to be, I think I'll figure the job search out. Thank you for such thought-provoking articles.

I noticed that while your whole article seems to be about urging us all not to be complacent, you also say that "They are comfortable and not unhappy because they are judging themselves by the accomplishments of their peers." I would like to trim this to: "They are comfortable and not unhappy". Frankly, to those of use who have tried to reach higher, failed, and run out of resources, that is enough.
