Actually i have seen many that they have no target or no aim in their life. They are not sure about their life. They could not choose the specific target. As a result they are in a confusion. And they loose all of their target. But why? I appreciate this article. Because it encourage people to fix a target and the target must be maximize. If there were no ultimate target there will be no success.............

For a good success in life, everyone should have a good aim. Without a plan, anything can not be succeed. And the plan or goal should be ultimate. And we have to try for this, then we can reach the goal. Truly very near to the success. For example, if we have a target to pass the examination, then we may not sure to pass. But if we try for A+ ,only we can conform a good result in the examination. So I am totally agree to this post. Its a good post for encourage.

You are guilty of the mistake that Nicholas Taleb describes in his books Fooled by Randomness and The Black Swan- namely: deriving general principles from a very small universe. Survey 2500(or 25,000) successful actors about the factors that contributed to their success and you may be on to something. But just because the few people you encountered engaged in certain behavioral similarities means nothing. Perhaps your bitter friend was bitter BECAUSE he talked the big game, littered his walls with pictures indeed he did all the right things- to no avail. And worse yet- he saw others who seemed to NOT do any of the necessary things yet they succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. And so it may also be with the job hunt. Of course there are sensible things one can do to, in theory, maximize one's chances. But to suggest that those things are principles that inexorably correlate to job success may be doing a disservice to your audience. As the famous saying goes: what happened to the sailors who believed with all their hearts yet did not survive?

Very encouraging, positive and inspirational article! WELL SPOKEN!!! It is very true that the inner strength of everyone is the deciding factor of being successful in life and career...Everyone's definition about success is different but you can't deny yourself in the first place that you can't aim highly. Everybody can do it!!
